2nd February Recipe Test with Anna- Caprese Chicken, Roasted Red Potatoes, and Mascarpone Cheesecake. Super tasty dinner! Watched the KU vs Oklahoma St. game and the second half of Colin Firth's Pride & Prejudice. :D
