Birthday party with Anna, Lindsey and Chad- we went to Potter's lake on KU's campus and had Pizza Shuttle. Anna and I had dinner at the Salty Iguana and watched the KU vs Northern Illinois game at the restaurant and then at her parent's house.

My 26th birthday. I got rear-ended on the way to work and then pushed into the car in front of me. I spent much of the day getting things sorted. A thunderstorm and dinner with Grandma Lee at Paisano's.

Watched 'The Help' in theaters- it was every bit as good as when I saw the preview for a select number of people a couple of months ago. Randomly stumbled into that bit of luck seeing it the first time! I would recommend to anyone!!

My sink was finally fixed! The disposal was leaking and they replaced it with a new unit. It only took a week! Went out to eat at the Olive Garden and shopping with Danielle- fun time! Watched the Silhouettes on America's got Talent- awesome group!

Walked with Anna from the sports complexs all the way to the bench at the top of the hill overlooking Clinton Lake. Not sure how many miles it was, but it was quite the walk!! Also went with Grandma Lee and the fam to tour Meadowlark.

Woke up to a little lake outside the hotel window! Couldn't see anything out the window the night before. We all went to the Emporia zoo and then the Salty Iguana for dinner. A beautiful breezy day!

Fun with costumes and mustaches, my 26th b-day party, and fun day with fam (including Mark!) ended the day with a comfy stay at the Comfort Inn. :)
